Credit Purchases

Credits once purchased are non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed technical billing errors.

Technical Error Exception

For technical issues, contact support within 24 hours of purchase with order details for review.

Subscriptions

• You may cancel any time before renewal.
• No prorated refunds for the current paid period.
• Access continues until the current billing period ends.

Refund Process

Email billing@notiwa.in with your order ID, registered email, and issue details.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
